It is very obvious that we start playing these popular games on an Android device and later on we upgrade or switch our phone to Apple Device or we just want to play same game account on both Android and Apple device.
Here is how it can be done.
First of all, it is to be noted that unlike Android device which supports multiple Google account to run simultaneously and thus playing multiple game ID is an easy task, Apple devices support only one Apple ID logged in on an Apple device at once. So, this makes only one Game Center ID accessible at a certain point. Though one can completely log out from one Apple Account and login with another Apple Account to get access to a different Game Center ID. But as this process disconnects the entire device, it is not recommended at all.

- How to connect / Link A Google ID with an Apple Game Center ID
Though the same process is similar for many other games that support cross-platform gameplay, I am using Clash of Clans on my iPhone for demonstration.
- Step-By-Step
Open the game on your OLD DEVICE (Android device in this case), Go to "SETTINGS" at the very right corner above the "SHOP".
Open the "SETTINGS"
Tap on "LINK A DEVICE"
Choose "This is the OLD DEVICE"
Choose the first one: " I want to link to an iPhone, iPod or iPad". Here you will be provided with a "One Time CODE". (As I am already connected to both Google and Apple ID I am not provided with this code.) The Code is valid for 180 seconds (as I remember)
Now Open the App your new device (Apple Device for this demo) Follow the same process.
- Go to Settings,
- Tap Link A Device.
- Now Tap "This is The New Device"
- It will ask for the One-Time Code.
- Input the code. Hit confirm.
- Your Google and Apple Game Center Game Id for this specific game (Clash of Clans) is now connected and synchronized for use from both platform.
Same procedure can be followed to Connect Game Center ID with Google Play ID
